Con respecto a Remdesivir, actualmente se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo un estudio cl\u00ednico en China para evaluar su eficacia. Los datos de este estudio se esperan para abril de 2020. Para el Sofosbuvir con Ribavirina, por el momento solo se cuenta con datos in vitro16. Al ser un medicamento en investigaci\u00f3n, el Remdesivir no se encuentra aprobado por la FDA ni la EMA.
\nDosis y administraci\u00f3n propuestas para COVID-19<\/strong>
\nLa dosis utilizada en el estudio Discovery<\/em> (actualmente en pipeline) ser\u00e1 de v\u00eda intravenosa 200mg como dosis inicial en el d\u00eda 1, seguido de dosis de 100mg.(1)
\nLa dosis utilizada en el estudio Solidarity<\/em> ser\u00e1 de 200 mg como dosis inicial y 100 mg diarios por lo que dure la hospitalizaci\u00f3n o 9-10 d\u00edas.(2)
