The decision to acquire Victus was based on the commercial strategy of Megalabs in the Americas. The innovative portfolio of the Victus products, which are specialized in nutrition, has been decisive in this operation being that Wellness is one of the strategic markets which Megalabs strives to grow in the next few years.
